Leander has joined 2TurnItOn.com, a website where new or existing residents who are relocating within the city can connect multiple utility services, including city water, at their new homes in minutes. The website's comparison shopping feature enables residents to find the best rates quickly and easily. 2TurnItOn.com is free for both consumers and cities.
